Strategic Plan

The Alberni-Clayoquot Regional District Board of Directors adopted a Strategic Plan to unite the Board of Directors under a common vision for the region and to provide clear priorities and focus for staff. The Plan supports a more strategic approach to financial decisions and ensures resources are focused on the most important issues facing communities in the region and will facilitate increased collaboration and alignment with their partners.
