This documentary chronicles the first 10 years of implementation of the Treaty from the effective date to March 31 2021. COVID-19 meant that they could not celebrate this anniversary with their culture and traditions, so instead they produced a video looking back on the 10 years and reflecting on what has changed since their implementation date.
