The ACRD, with support of Recycle BC, offers recycling programs that include roadside collection in some areas, or management of recycling collected at depots and the AV Sort'nGo Centre Depot (Transfer Station).

Alberni Valley

Third Ave Depot -3620 Third Ave., Port Alberni


• Tuesday to Saturday: 9 am to 4:30 pm
• Closed Sunday & Monday, and Statutory Holidays

AV Sort'nGo Centre Depot - 7080 McCoy Lake Road


• Hours
  • Summer: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5:30 pm
    Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 4:30 pm

  • Winter: Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm
    Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 4 pm

Bamfield Transfer Station - 570 Bamfield Road

• Hours Monday to Saturday 8 am to 5 pm

Westcoast

Tofino - Westcoast Recycling Depot - 640 Warren Way
• Tuesdays and Fridays 10 am - 3 pm
Ucluelet - Ucluelet Bottle Depot - 325 Forbes Road

• Tuesday to Saturday 10 am - 4 pm
