Fire – Structural

All fire departments within the ACRD respond to and deal with structural fires on a daily basis. Emergency Plans and, in effect, any EOCs, would be activated if an expanded and/or extended response was necessary.

A major fire requiring implementation of any ACRD Emergency Plans is one that threatens to engulf a significant area at the interface between the bush and one or more residential and/or industrial areas.
