Burn it Smart Workshop held at the City Firehall. This year it will take place on Wednesday, April 3rd from 7-8:30 pm. The workshop will focus on best burning practices and will include interesting facts, shared experience, and trouble shooting for woodstove operators. The City Fire Chief, City and Regional District woodstove inspectors, and local woodstove retailers will be there to answer any questions and offer some of their own amazing stories. At the end of the evening the traditional $300 door prize, sponsored by the Air Quality Council and local woodstove retailers, will be awarded. Looking forward to seeing you there.
